Please Choose One Entree each, Dessert and Drink. All Entreees served with Salad of the Day & warm baked bread.
Entrée
Filet Mignon - Roasted Veggies with olive oil and balsamic reduction sauce: Asparagus or broccoli with sweet peppers, mushrooms. Roasted baby potatoes with olive oil, rosemary and garlic.
Mahi-Mahi - poached in coconut milk and thyme - Served with a lime coconut rice and steamed broccoli.
Shrimp Scampi - Large shrimp sauced in garlic, red pepper flakes and butter. Served with steamed white rice and lemon roasted asparagus.
Vegetarian - Pasta of the day prepared with blistered tomatoes, petite peas and broccoli florets. Topped with basil and fresh grated parmesan cheese.

Chocolate Lava Cake: With a deliciously rich molten chocolate center, served with real vanilla bean ice cream.
Mango Crème Brulée: A fresh mango custard topped with a crisp caramelized sugar crust. It is a delightful tropical twist on the classic French dessert.
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream with Spicy Pineapple Run Sauce: A perfect balance of pineapple, coconut cream, mango, crushed red peppers, and a splash of rum drizzled over creamy vanilla ice cream.
